ADVERTISING CONTRACT TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. This order is designed to establish a rate for advertising discounted over consecutive months/editions.  Just Auto Data Pty Ltd will protect the agreed rate over the agreed period.
  2. Acceptance of the booking includes an irrevocable authority for Just Auto Data Pty Ltd to repeat the current advertisement if no new copy has been received by the Closing Date of each issue, or advertising period.
  3. Failure to complete the required booking term will result in all discounts in advertising rates to be re-invoiced by Just Auto Data Pty Ltd and are to be paid in full.
  4. Payment of accounts will be made within trading terms.  Terms are 14 days.
  5. Any signatory for a proprietary company application shall be personally liable for the due performance of the applicant’s obligations as if the signatory was the applicant.
  6. Quote is valid for 28 days from the date noted on the Advertising Quotation / Booking Agreement.
  7. We reserve the right to re-publish your advertising in other media, including print and online media.
  8. The applicant/advertiser is liable for all out-of-pocket expenses and all other reasonable expenses including debt collection commission (as if the account had been collected) and any other contingent expenses and legal costs on a solicitor/own basis incurred by Just Auto Data Pty Ltd for enforcement of obligations and recovery of moneys due from the applicant/customer to Just Auto Data Pty Ltd.
  9. Subscribing to our Inventory Management option gives us authorization to have your feed distributed across the JUST AUTO NETWORK.
  10. If no content is provided for online advertising this agreement gives us authority to source content from your website.
  11. Just Auto Data Pty Ltd does not guarantee positioning of advertisements in the Magazine, and is not liable for failure to meet positioning requests.
  12. All Digital Display advertising must be booked 30 days before the start of a New Campaign, this includes rebooking when a campaign is coming to an end. If a new contract rebooking the position is not signed before the 30 day period the position will become available to other clients.
  13. Advertisers must provide 30 days written notice of cancellation.
