• Business Development Manager

  The Role:

  • You will be selling advertising products that help businesses sell their products to our Buyers and Dreamers.
  • Building a sales pipeline from warm clients, as well as new prospects.
  • Building relationships with automotive dealers of all sizes, from gravel yards to franchise dealers, along with Parts, Service and Accessory businesses.
  • Presenting appropriate advertising strategies to clients in a professional manner
  • Negotiating and executing advertising bookings
  • Travel to attend customer meetings as required
  • Interacting with Account Executives and Admin Team regarding new leads and handover of established clients
  • Follow clear sales processes and strictly maintain and update information in our CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Plan your week to achieve Sales and Operational deadlines.

  A bit more about you:

  • 2 years or more in an outbound sales role - telephone sales skills are preferred.
  • Ability to build a relationship with new customers quickly.
  • A proven history in exceeding targets
  • Motivation to succeed. You should understand what you are working toward and why (in your life).
  • A positive, can do attitude.
  • Driven to achieve targets
  • A team player

  Salary:

  • Base: $70,000 +
  • On Target Earnings: $110,000
  • Hard work and great skills can earn: $150k+
